TO ALL LOCAL 1003 APPRENTICES
Please be advised that the apprentice term advancement has been changed. We will now require to have hours worked reported to the office before a change of wage scale can be processed.
The First Term must acquire 750 hours of work to advance to Second Term.
TOTAL 750 HOURS
Second Term must acquire 750 hours of work to advance to Third Term.
TOTAL 1500 HOURS
Third Term must acquire 750 hours of work to advance to Fourth Term
TOTAL 2250 HOURS
Fourth Term must acquire 750 hours of work and complete 2nd year of schooling before advancing to Fifth Term.
` TOTAL 3000 HOURS
Fifth Term must acquire 750 hours of work to advance to Sixth Term.
TOTAL 3750 HOURS
Sixth Term must acquire 750 hours of work and complete 3rd year of schooling before advancing to Seventh Term
TOTAL 4500 HOURS
Seventh Term must acquire 750 hours of work to advance to Eight Term.
TOTAL 5250 HOURS
Eighth Term must acquire 750 hours of work and complete 4th year of schooling.
